The services we offer in the area of Corporate Recovery & Liquidations include:
- Provision of forensic accounting & general financial review services in order to ascertain the ongoing viability of companies;
- Preparation of Financial Reports and provision of general advices to stakeholders (i.e. creditors, directors and shareholders) on their options in the event of a receivership or insolvency;
- Provision of advices to stakeholders on the insolvency and wind-up process;
- Assisting in the drafting and implementation of voluntary schemes of arrangement;
- Provision of a nominee to act as a receiver in order to maximise recovery for creditors;
- Provision of a nominee to act as liquidator in members’ voluntary & creditors’ voluntary liquidations.
Over the course of the past three years we have developed niche expertise in the efficient & cost effective wind up of regulated investment funds and other types of special purpose vehicles domiciled in Ireland.
