Priya joined our Corporate Compliance Department in September 2021, weeks after graduating from the National University of Ireland Galway with a 2:1 in a Degree of Bachelor of Corporate Law.
Priya deals in all Company Law matters ranging from the routine company secretarial matters to more complex transactions including company formations, annual compliance and voluntary strike offs.
