Recent amendments to the Companies Act have resulted in an increase in the audit exemption limits. An increased number of Irish businesses are therefore in a position to file statutory accounts with the Companies Registration Office as opposed to previously audited Financial Statements.

We have also published articles in relation to the Act and its implications for organisations and we have made presentations on the subject to the Not for Profit Sector.
