George joined DHKN in 2022 as the Head of Corporate Compliance and has extensive experience working with highly successful Irish private clients, as well as large scale multinational companies on a wide variety of projects including:

• Complex Irish and international group rationalisations;
• Group reconstructions and reorganisations;
• Implementation of privacy structures; and
• Cross border and domestic mergers.

George specialises in matters relating to Corporate Compliance throughout the company lifecycle from incorporation to dissolution, and everything in-between.

George has over 10 years’ experience and prior to joining DHKN, he worked with Deloitte Ireland LLP.

George is an associate of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) and has a MSc in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster Business School.

George is an active member of CGI in Ireland where he sits on the Irish Council and Chairs the Events Committee.
